Communicating evidence based research is important in the field of health care. So the stakeholders are individuals and organizations who have professional interest in evidence based findings. In all health care facilities all individuals working in the organization considered as stakeholders including physicians , nurses, para medical workers , social workers, biomedical staffs and staff in HR departments. All these stakeholders would receive evidence based research findings because it is necessary to understand the results of findings, according to that report they would change communication skills. The findings will include the benefits of effective communication and demerits of communication errors . It is evidenced in various research that the communication between the medical professionals are poor so these stakeholders are beneficial to receive those research findings.

The other stakeholders I believe to receive those research findings regarding communicating evidence based research are the health care organizations. The organization must be aware of the importance of efficient communication for providing standard patent care and service. When the organization receives the research findings they can easily identify or recognize their requirements for improving the practice of professional communication techniques which will enhance the total outcome of your organization . When the outcome of all departments in a firm is improving then the standard of care will improve automatically. Thus, the reason I believes the organizations are the one stakeholders that should receive those research findings about communicating evidence based practice.
