Lyzozyme is a part of immune system produced in saliva, tears,mucus and in human milk.They can withstand heat with a melting point of 72°C so it is found more effective in non growing cells when compared to the growing cells.It is necessary to kill the bacteria by destructing the bacterial cell wall
