Short term goal:::To tackel complications of urinary tract infection such as sepsis and death.

Long term goal.::To maintain the health of the patient by preventing kidney failure through medicines and dialysis

Nursing interventions :::

1.signs of infection should be monitored by checking vital signseg.tachycardia,fever

2.palpitation of the bladder should be done in every four hours.

3.encourage to increase the amount of hydreation.

4.medicine administration and health teaching for infection,fever in UTI.

Physical factors::

1.Renal stone

2.Diabetes melitus

Psychosocial factors::

1.decreased thirst

2.lack of water availability.

Patient teacning ::

1.tell him to increase the amount of hydration

2.keep personel hygiene

3.wash the private area after elimination

4.take medicines properly

5.watch signs of infection such as fever, chills

6.tell him to take low protein ,low carbohydrate diet.

7.follow up should be done frequently.
