Answer #1

Bauby has described the different kinds of healthcare workers. Some of his descriptions are appreciative, some are critical, and others are ambiguous. By the attitude he had towards the people who are paid to attend to him ,it seems that the he is a keen observer . And reflected the services which were provided by healthcare workers whether it was good or bad . By considering his point of view , the healthcare workers should understand or learn that they are there to serve the patients and the patients expect more from you as a healthy care worker . Maintaining a therapeutic relationship , involving patient in planning care , providing patient centred care etc are some of the key points which healthcare workers should follow while providing care to their patients .
