Answer #1

Total calories = calories from carbohydrates ,proteins ,and fats

1 gm of CHO provides 4kcalories

1 gm of protein provides 4kaclories

1 gm of fat provides 9kcal

In this case total carbohydrate is 150.8gm

Total protein is 46.26gm

Total fat is 39.7gm

Calories from CHO = 150.8× 4 = 603.2kcal

Calories from protein = 46.26×4 = 185.04kcal

Calories from fat = 39.7× 9 = 357.3kcal

So ,total calories will be = 1145.54kcal

Percent of calories from CHO = 603.2 / 1145.54 × 100 = 52.6%

Percent of calories from protein = 185.04/ 1145.54 ×100 = 16.1%

Percent of calories from fat = 357.3/ 1145.54 = 31.1%
