3.Uterine atony in simple term is referred to absence of the uterus to contract.This can occur after the delivery of the baby.The characteristics of relaxed uterus,hypotension, bradycardia, severe bleeding more than 500ml can be due to precipitated labour infection, placenta previa, distended uterus,etc., This is a post partum complication needs emergency care to save lives.

4.The late post partum haemorrhage can occur any where between 1 day to 6 weeks of childbirth. The signs of it are

• Severe drop in blood pressure and heart rate
• Bleeding which are heavy,persistent and cannot be controlled
• Pain at the back

5.Thromboembolic disorder

• Deep vein thrombosis :Usually develops in the lower limb and passes via the vein often blocking the respiratory passagetermed as pulmonary embolism and fatal complications if not treated promptly
• Pulmonary embolism :it is the traveling of clot in the lungs and often fatal
• Venous thromboembolic disorder is found right from trimester1 and can be due to various causes,management of this is little critical complicated to the other form of disorder

6.The treatment for superficial vein thrombosis are

• Elevation of the lower limb can enhance blood circulation
• Heat application to relieve pain and improve circulation
• Anti inflammatory ,analgesics,anticoagulant, clot dissolver can be taken as per the order
• Use of compression stocking can relieve inflammation
• Varicose vein stripping is the removal of affect vein as a surgical technique to relieve discomfort
