Provider assisted suicide is legal in nine states and mandated by state laws. The federal government does not have assisted suicide laws, it was handled at the state level. physician assisted suicide is a death and dignity laws it not under government interference or political involvement. It is an end of life decisions by patients.
checks and balances in government developed to make sure any government should not be too powerful. US government legislative, judicial, executive limits and control the power. This is to promote the well functioning of the government. check and balance allow the government to control the governed and oblige it to control it.
