There are four types or stages of hypovolemic shock .The patient is in "Stage 4" hypovolemic shock.

The typical symptoms are

  • Extreme or very low systolic pressure (80/55)
  • Very rapid heart rate(128)
  • Rapid respiratory rate(37)
  • Weak pulse or absent pulse
  • Sweeps in and out of consciousness
