1.in burn injury ,majority of skin is getting lost .intact skin is the barrier to tackle infection from microbial agents.destruction of this anatomic barrier and neutopenia are most vital elements to get infection.intact skin can prevent colonization with more infectious organism which are present in immediate environment.thus,loss of skin intact make risk of infection.

2.Debridment is the surgical procedure which done to remove devitalised burn tissues.

3.gram postive bacteria eg.MRSA(methicillin resistent staphylococcus aureus)

Gram negative bacteria.eg.klebsiella species.

Some times fungus also cause infection in burn wound.

4.clostridial myonecrosis is caused due to infection in skin and tissues.clostridium genus bacteria is the microbial agent of this disease.

5.pastic surgery,auto graft or skin grafting.
