#. Like it's said that if we learn thinks by writing it down it gets into our mind more thoroughly than oral method. A written business plan is very important because it helps us to place various components of an essential plan into correct place and also we are able to change its position according to its results and outcome that we expect . An orally planned business plan will take more time to get functional as it's playing with various components in air . We are not able to put things at correct place and it's not of any worth as the outcome is nil .

- wastage of money and resources

- wastage of mannual energy

- failure of the business plan
