Answer: The conversation should be short and simple so that the listener can easily understand the points and views. But sometimes it becomes difficult to convey or keep our views accordingly. This situation occurs when the second person is not ready to understand the things or unable to understand. This situation requires sufficient patience as well as afford to modify and make the person understand.

The technology can improve Communication method by various means as the use of translator where people those who don't understand language or those who want to understand more clearly in their own language. The language translator can easily modify the languages and can help people to understand the conversation or can have communication in their own language. This will remove the communication barrier between people.
