Answer #1

Culture is wide spread all across the world. It varies in its beliefs, ideas, thoughts, etc.,Every individual has their own culture in regards to their geographical locations, community, etc.,Cultural relativism refers to a person's ability to correlate things on the basis of their own culture. For example if a person belongs to a Jehovah's witness he or she may refuse certain procedures like blood transfusion in the medical care as it is against their culture and this happened due to their correlation with their cultural practices generation after generation. This is harder to change even in the modern society which is filled with technologies to help these people. In certain community having multiple partners are acceptable onntheir culture. The generation even today after literacy follows this .The polygamy done by a men is widely acceptable and as a matter of justification they simply correlate it with the culture of their own. These values have been found universal in most part because of the acceptance of the culture of others. Everyone has their right to express their values but it cannot be imposed on others to follows .Doing so can creat a conflict and land up in miscommunication and violence at the end in the society. The values of the community or culture cannot be altered or misinterpreted because this can be an act of disrespecting the culture and a wrong value cannot be related with a culture which is against it.
