My personel strength is collect the whole data about the topic before it is presented through which i can improve my knowledge.But sometimes i fail to present it infront of people due to my stage fear.when i stand before them to take class and share experiences ,i am unable to give adequate information due to this fear.This is my weakness in that area.
Inorder to solve this problem i should write the data in a paper so that i can presnt it easily without any stress .Moreover, i need to practise more infront of the mirror so that i get confidence to face the audience confidently while presenting any topic relqted to profession.
