1) Develop a work flow for a telehealth nurse to ensure all needs would be covered for a hypertensive patient. From the initial greeting to the end of conversation, must be at least 10 steps. 2) As a telehealth nurse what prompts would you expect to serve your clients? Discuss how Hospitals must adapt to meet the needs of the aging population. Whether it is the Admitting Department, Environment of Care, Nursing Care, Physical Therapy, Clinical Lab, and/or Diagnostic Imaging -- all of these services will need to make adjustments. Discuss your thoughts on what you see for the future for one area that interests you. Do not limit yourself to direct nursing care of the patient, as it takes many departments to run the hospital.
