Answer: Orthostatic hypotension is a condition where the blood pressure becomes low. It is felt when a person stands after sitting for a while. It generally occurs at the old age.

Wide pulse pressure is a high blood pressure where there is extreme difference in the systolic and diastolic range. This shows that the heart is not functioning properly.

Tachycardia is a condition where the heart rate increases due to some physical or emotional reason. But for the longer period of time if the heart rate is low then the patient must be having any heart disease.

The hematuria is a condition where blood comes in the urine as due to the infection in the bladder or kidney where it causes the blood cells to leak. This is causes due to the infection.

Joint pain occurs when there is excessive stress or due to deficiency of the nutrients and vitamin. If the pain persist for long period of time, it may reveals the cause such as arthritis etc.

Petechiae is condition where small rashes of blood under the skin are found due to capillary break open.

Mrs. Fulcher is having petechiae which may cause problem during g the embolization. She is more prone to develop infection.
