1. Answer: First, I would assess the knowledge about the opioids and also enquired about any previous history of abusive tendency when it comes to drug use in proper manner.

Rationale: It helps to get an idea about their understanding of the drug and I could address all their concerns.

2. Answer: Physical dependence on opioids can be explained as a compulsive and repetitive urge to take the drug to the point of withdrawal symptoms when it stopped.

Rationale: Some individuals have a tendency to increase the dosage to get same feel as their body become tolerant to the drug.

3. Delta-selective opioid antagonist block MTD process without modifying morphine analgesia. The CCKB receptors antagonist enhances morphine analgesia and block the tolerance without any dependence to the drug. EAA antagonist blocks tolerance to the analgesic effect of morphine.
