Nurses must have a knowledge about the occupational hazards. Nurses know about the common occupational hazards. Learn the preventive steps to avoid the occupational hazards. Occupational hazards are the health problems which due to the result of working in the hazardous work setup. Organization should periodically check for employees for occupational hazards. It is usually high in chemotherapy and radiation unit. For employees working in hazardous unit the organization must provide the occupational hazardous allowance in addition to their salary. Train the employees or conduct the drill events to protect them from the occupational hazards.	Seek ways to spend less time in the hazardous unit. Change the employees often in the hazardous unit to the non-hazardous units . It should endanger the employees health condition. Organization must give special benefits and allowance to the employees who are in the hazardous units. It should affect or cause any major problem to the workers.	Educate the workers to use protective equipment while working in the hazardous units. Conduct the sessions to know about the preventive strategies. Provide information about the treatment strategies. Provide the needed leave and pay to the employees in case of the occupational; hazards.
