If a client diagnosed with sleep apnea and receiving CPAP, necessary to consult with registered nurse following times,

* If the wrong style and size of CPAP mask,

* difficultly in tolerating forced air,

* dry and stuffy nose,

* dry mouth,

* leaky mask,

* skin irritation and pressure ulcers,

* difficultly in falling a sleep,

* feeling claustrophobic,

* unintentionally removing the mask at night times,

During all these times the client are attenders necessary to consult with registered nurse.
