Images, colors, shapes, and texts produce various effects on people every day. As part of your yearly review, your employer has asked you to draft a reflection on your real life experience in your environment. You can use visual storytelling means as well.

1. In your review describe in detail the stimuli you encounter on a daily basis. You can use visual media.
2. Identify how these stimuli contribute to happiness, reduction of stress and motivation in your everyday life.
3. From these examples, describe how you would change the stimuli.
4. What changes could make in your own life or work to change the effects of your environment on you?

Answer: Stimuli is something that any kind of changes in the environment that can be felt or seen. For example, if any pin get suddenly pricked our finger we feel it and instantly we remove our finger. The stimuli which encounter on a daily basis are such as the temperature sometimes cold or warm. Sunny days makes our pupil to constricted etc.

The stimuli makes us feel stressed free, happiness as sometimes if we need to go on work and it's raining we feel little disappointed whereas if the weather is pleasant we feel happy. In the workplace, completion of the daily task makes us feel happy and motivated.

Working together in aa team at the work place provides enthusiasm and it enable us to dedicate to work more efficiently. So, this change should be made as it will make others happy and working in a team reduces the stress by decreasing the workload.
