An implied contract is a legal action. Medical assistance in the office should not create promise words to the patient for their use. we can make patients understand the situation directly from the physician or written instruction fro the physician's office. It provides adequate information for the patient. The implied contract will come under medical malpracice if we fail to do it. It creates patient mistrust and other issues as per the patient's present problem. It also affects the physician's medical practice when the patient did not receive the expected result for their condition it can be agnist ethical, honest and competent. The medical assistant should use the basic skills for good human relations it can avoid unnecessary arguments that can result in lawsuit against the office.
