The safety of OTC Medicines in pregnant ladies are not well studied since pregnant ladies cant participates in clinical trials, and there is a lack of adequaTE DATA.So it is strictly advised that pregnant ladies shouldn't take any medication without the advice of a doctor.Pregnant women should talk to doctor before taking any otc medicine,vitamin or supplements.The effect of these medicines on the fetus is not well studied.
