Getting back into nursing involves a significant increase in expectations and responsibilities and may be more physically and emotionally demanding. Please write a short paragraph describing what you think will be the most important and challenging aspects of getting back into nursing. Answer: Nursing profession demands the dedication in the profession. Returning back to this position requires better and improved version of nursing practice. Nurse need to understand the gap that occurs in the profession and hence polishing skills becomes necessary in this case. Regular or the continuous process make profession more improved, but due to gap many challenges a nurse have to face such as working in a shift may cause burn out. Providing quality of care become little difficult in this case. Critical thinking skills can not be implemented at once.

Nurse is required to provide counseling to the patient regarding the treatment procedure and disease. The nurse make the patient to understand that the cooperation is necessary to bring out better results.

The ethic issue that is involved in this case is that the patient's symptoms increases due to first chemotherapy. This may cause patient to lose trust on the healthcare professionals.
