Answer: The medical errors are one of the reason due to which many harm occura to the patients. The organization can improve in detecting medical errors as by cross checking the dose calculation. Once the drug that is being prescribed should be cross checked and calculated by the nurse to administer the medication to the patient. The another method through which the medical errors can be recognized in the healthcare organization is the use of computer system where the physician orders the drugs and send it to the pharmacy. The pharmacist identify the drug and cross check the dose and then response it. So, this also can prevent medical errors in the healthcare organization.
