No1. pH is in alkaline state i.e 7.58 it is caused by HcO3(32) and Pco2 is in the normal range 45

So, it is metabolic alkalosis

There is verity of cause for metabolic alkalosis 1. Recurrent vomiting 2. NG tube aspiration 3. Diuretic use

No2. pH is in Acidic state i.e 7.22 it is due to PCO2 i.e 58 and Hco3 is in the normal range I.e 26

It is Respiratory Acidosis

Possible cause of Respiratory Acidosis is 1. Severe Asthma 2.COPD 3.Airway obstruction 3.Cardiac arrest 4. The disease of respiratory muscles

No3. pH, PCo2, and HCo3, all 3 are in the normal range so, it is a balanced state.

No4.pH is in acidic state i.e 7.19 it is due to Hco3(18) and PCo2 in Normal range

It is Metabolic Acidosis

It may be Due to Ketoacidosis, Lactic acidosis or by Kidney disease
