Theoru without practice is empty

Yes this means that learning theory without proper practice knowledge is like being so empty

One with both practical and theory knowledge only will have completed knowledge

For example..a nurse who is having good marks at her theory class cannot excel in her nursing care because when it comes to practical nursing care it requires some experience.

Practice without theory is blind

Yes that is practicing without a theory base will be like a bind trying to do something. One should have a theory base to do something.

For example a nurse cannot just do catheterization without knowing the theory and if she does that it will be wrong.

So both theoretical and practical knowledge is important to Excel in whatever you do
