One of the most important leading factor is the social determinant (birth place,age,gender,ethnicity,race ,etc.,) directly contribute to inequities in accessing and affording the health services

Vulnerable populations like a low socioeconomic status (childrens, elders,medical condition patient) were they need care ,lack of services can be one of reason for it

Immigrated population face the problems with affording and adequate or lack of insurance .

Along with this environment(poor residential area) can be an additional factor for health inequities
