Scott Snyder is being seen in Dr Everready's office for hypertension. He is in health maintenance plan which will not cover Dr Everready's charge and also Scott doest not have a referral for the endocrinologist. And the amount allowed for him is less than the required amount. In this case:

- he can change the date to where he may get to pay less amount.

- he can ask for any kind of discounts for himself.

- he can add the money from his pocket how much ever was not enough.
