Ans: Stress: When the body is in stressed,the adrenal glands released hormone like adrenaline(epinephrine) and cortisol in the body. Due to release of adrenaline , it spasm the oesophagus and increased the acid in the stomach which result in to indigestion.
Caffeine : caffeine intake can stimulate peristalsis the rhythmic contraction of the GI tract.It should also effect the digestive system.
Tomatoes: Tomatoes contain many type of acid but citric acid and malic acid present in large quantity.
Citric acid and malic acid show acid reflux if it should present in more quantity in the stomach which affect oesophagus which result into oesophagitis, it also result in to stomach pain ,which result into diarrhoea.It also may produce seizure.
Spice: Spicy food can cause diarrhoea in few patient by irritating the gut.Due to spicy food, the body may also feel the heat most.it also decrease the sensitivity of taste buds.
Alchol: Alchol contain ethanol in large quantity and due to that if a person should take in small quantity it should irritates the digestive system and stimulate the stomach to produce more acid then usual which result to gastritis .These result stomach pain,vomiting ,diarrhoea.If the person drink alcohol in more quantity it also cause bleeding.
Fried Food : Many fried food are low in fibre and it take longer time to digest,it should adversely effect on the stomach.Fried foods cause increased the cholesterol level in your body.It include samosa,kachori etc.it also make the food to be indigestion which leading to diarrhoea or stay long in your stomach may causing feeling full and bloated.
Ulcer: Ulcer may be result when a stomach should produced more acid than required.it may result into burning the stomach pain and if the stomach is empty than it's effect the stomach worse.It may also cause vomitting ,oesophagitis etc.
Citrus:lemon contain citric acid it should be good for diabetes person but if it should be present in large quantity in your stomach it should irritates the stomach which result into ulcer ,oesophagitis etc.
Orange grapefruit : It should also contain citric acid and malic acid ,if it present in normal quantity in the body than it is good but if it present in large quantity than it should not only effect the stomach but also effect the oesophagus and small intestine as well as large intestine.
