2.she is tired because of postprandial somnolence and she uses washroom so frequently as after having lunch, she is feeling like nothing to do but the kidneys are working at their pace after lunch so rate of urine formation is more and furthur parasympathetic system is activated at that time which causes the detrusor muscle to contract and the internal urethral sphincter to relax.
