#11: Actually two triplets are formed by two consecutive -CH2-CH2- groups. Hence in case of ph-CH2-CH2-OH, we will get two triplets (corresponds to two -CH2- groups) and 1 singlet that corresponds to the H of -OH.

Hence the correct structure will be C6H5-CH2-CH2-OH.
