A small business act as a catalyst for social change because they have the ability to generate profits in market ignored by large corporations.

It encourage the women starting a new business,when any person work in the large corporations but to different different reason like promotion opportunity etc the individual is frustrated then small business also encourage that type of individuals.

So we can say that small business act as a catalyst for social change.
