Advantages of mental health professionals

2. They focus on the patient's mental health.
3. They also provide therapy to the mentally ill patients
4. They communicate patients, prescribe medicines as well as gives therapy.

Disadvantages of mental health professionals:

1. They are only concerned with the mental illness.
2. They suffers from stress and burn out.
3. They are at major risk of violence while treating mentally ill patients as they can harm the professional.

1. Social workers are people who Focus on over all health of the population.
2. They also look into matter of uplifting the health status of population and Community.
3. They provide training, education to the population.

Disadvantages of social worker:

1. Social workers sometimes lack of funding
2. It is a time taking process as large number of people are involved.
3. Social workers works in multiple fields but they don't have any tie up with the healthcare professionals.
