Cindy and Barbara work in the Analysis area. They got into an argument today that disrupted the workplace. They were both were written up for this behavior a month ago. You told them they would be suspended for three days if another incident happened. Discuss this situation with them. What would you bring out in your meeting with them?

Quarrels,arguments in work place is highly intolerable .This can directly impact the name and fame of the organisation

As these peoples were initially warned ,should have been cautious but they were not

The following things has to be brought out in the meeting with them

  • Reminding about the incident and the punishment given earlier
  • Suspension of the staff to be informed to them verbally and then in written form as they were alarmed in prior and has lead to odd behaviour in workplace
  • Giving them a chance to speak out from both end
  • Assess the reliability, truth of the argument
  • Checking whether they are following the policies of the organisation in the analysis area and the actions taken against staffs for these behaviour
