what the Bible has to say about physical health vs. spiritual health. What type of health does scripture focus on? How should we as good Christians care for our “temple”? Or should our only concern be with spiritual health? Provide evidence for you argument including scriptural references.

Bible gives a clear knowledge about physical and mental health and not to be taken for granted.It states that our body or flesh is not capable if obeying good commands of God so that it makes one's spiritual preach and its health at a bay until this physical body or flesh attends death (1John 2:16).God lives within you so one must honour God with their body (1 Corinthians 6:19 -20)

The scriptures focusses clearly on taking caring of the physical health.

A good christian should always consider other divine places like temple as a spiritual place similar to a church as a holy place and respect others feeling.One scriptures depicting "A peaceful hesrt leads to a healthy body,Jealousy is like cancer in the bones "Proverb 14:30)

Physical exercise has some value where spiritual health is more important because it can lead one during life and also after death.

The growth of human society technically as brought great variational  behaviour and passion towards things which hurts like tattoos and piercing. The medical advancement has been even able to do more by changing one's physical structure through plastic surgery and the worst part being termination of a fetus or simply killing a life.

According to Levitus19:28"Do not cut your bodies for the dead ,and do not mark your skin with tatoos"

These words stands against this topic .As a part of respecting and spiritual believes avoiding this is better.
