n_{air}Sin\theta _{air}=n_{water}Sin\theta _{water}

1\times Sin\theta _{air} =1.33Sin(90-53)

\theta _{air}=Sin^{-1}(0.8004)=53.17^{o}

From horizontal

\phi =90-53.17=36.83^{o}
