Answer #1

The comparison of the focusing vent and the indicators are listed below.

  • A focusing event is an event that happens suddenly in a business environment or in an organization, whereas the indicators are the factors or the events which indicate a negative happening or a risk in a business environment or in an organization.
  • The focusing events are the actual or the happened events while the indicators are the signals of risk.
  • The focusing events are the harmful events that happened while the indicators signal the negative events.

The example of the focusing event is the economic recession which turned the world business upside down. This focusing event impacted the whole world negatively throwing the world market into a financial crisis.

The news and media took this as the primary news and covered it in all angles. It is the responsibility of the media to capture the actual picture of the economic recession and make it at the reach of the public. The government leaders became responsible to help and support the local and national businesses in order to protect the economy. The global economic recession has generated an economic panic situation that resulted in the generation of policies and procedures which protect the business from such focusing events in the future.
