The above said personalities includes, some of them are renowned business man, some are from army background, and some are top richest personalities.These people can be the aspirants or ideal for someone but they are not the leaders. To become a leader the person should have these qualities such as:

1. The person should be honest to his or her work and performance.
2. The person should have the skills or ability to inspire others.
3. A leader should listen to the problem and grievances of its followers or subordinates.
4. A leader should be one who takes the responsibility of the work performed by his or her team mates.
5. A leader should be one who can protect his or her team in all aspects.
6. A leader is the one who shows the pathway or set the directions for its subordinates to follow, to achieve their goals.
7. The leader should be creative and innovative and have the ability to complete the work in much innovative and creative manner.
8. A leader should be a good communicator, as he or she can communicate the problems and grievances to the top management.
9. The leader should be a good orator and motivator.
10. A leader should have the ability to take decisions in the favour of his or her team and also in favour of the organisation.
