The variability can be measured by coefficient of variation which is =standard deviation/mean

Now, we will calculate the coefficients of variation for 5th graders and norm groups for each subject.

Geo Eng Spl Sc

5th g 12/75=0.16 10/100=0.1 12/125=0.096 20/90=0.222

Norm 10/85=0.1176 10/100=0.1 15/120=0.125 15/90=0.1667

So, we can see that variability in 5th grader is higher than the norm group in both Geography and Science.

So, (b) and (c) will be correct options.
