Δθ = 20 /2 = 10 deg = 10 *pi /180 = pi /18 rad  

ωi = 0 and   Δt = 68.6/2 = 34.3 ms =34.3 *10^-3 sec

Δθ = ωi *Δt + 1/2*α* Δt^2

pi /18 = 0 + 0.5*α * (34.3 *10^-3)^2

from here  α ≈ 296.701 rad/s2
