Delegation means to transfer some or all of the one's obligations under the agreement to some other people. For Example- I delegated my performance obligations to the subcontractors under the contract.
Assigment refers to transfer the rights by the party whether the delegation means to transfer the obligations or duties. Assignments are valid until it is expressly prohibited or the assignment involves any burden on the obligor's performance.
Assignment can be revokable unless
Delegation of Obligations or Duties is valid unless it is expressely prohibited. It is for the duties comprising the skill or personal judgement. Delegation changes the obligee's expectancy.
