My employer invest in employee training in a good extent, various training programs are conducted and on the job training is also given to the employees by the employers as employees play a great role in the achievement of the goals of the organization.
Strategic planning is the activity which ensures that all the work is going according to the plan or not.
Employee training fit in with the strategic planning as training of the employees helps in the execution of the work properly as the employees are well educated with the work. Employees also play a great role in the achievement of the goals of the organization.
