Answer #1

Yes, developing an integrated delivery system would be advantageous for healthcare service and therefore from a management's perspective has a great value as well as relevance to be considered. We can say that having all the necessary services as a common factor in the system, rather than having a fragmented approach allows for an easier understanding of the structure as well as how the organization performs the function. It can also be used to check for any bottlenecks since the entire system would be affected by it. We need to be able to make sure that we create an organized system which has accountability factor in order to make sure we select the best values for the process and in the end make sure that we are being true to the needs of the patient, the need of the organization as well as in creating a system free of defects, bottlenecks and therefore create a well rounded system which would be able to help the organization provide the healthcare services in an optimized process.
