If you looked in the Want Ads section of your local newspaper, would you expect to find more advertisement m by hospitals in your town seeking nurses or janitors? Similarly, among ads for nurses, would you expect the ads to focus more on "general" nurses or specialized nurses like those with training to work in intensive care units? Why?
