As a member, when we get charged annual membership fee I feel it is strategy by the company to ensure the customer stick to their companies services and don’t change or use the services of the another company who is providing similar services. I further think if company charges an annual fees than they should provide special additional benefits to customer to make them feel privilege and give them the feeling that company understand their value and will ensure the relationship through offering additional benefits.

Yes, I think as a customer if I will get the same services or a better services by another company at lower annual member fees, I will definitely switch over the other company

Yes, I think my decision will depend on if other companies annual member fees is lower than the extreme exposure, as 10 feet is not that much height to switch to another company if that new company not offer any additional benefits
