As a member, when we get charged annual membership fee I feel it is strategy by the company to ensure the customer stick to their companies services and don’t change or use the services of the another company who is providing similar services. I further think if company charges an annual fees than they should provide special additional benefits to customer to make them feel privilege and give them the feeling that company understand their value and will ensure the relationship through offering additional benefits.
