It has created opportunities for the HRM to learn new techniques and develop HR as a competitive advantage for the organization, but at the same time, it has added volatility to the work environment and organization has to be in the urgency mode and apply emergent change approach. It will help organization to thwart the threats due to change role of HRM and incompetency being developed and new roles are not adopted. If it is done carefully, then new opportunities are developed. Further, top talents can also be attracted to the organization. It is only possible due to mastering the new roles and adapting to the new roles.
