H0 :- σ12 = σ22

H1 :- σ12 \neq σ22

Test Statistic :-
f = S_{1}^{2} / S_{2}^{2}
f = 68.4 / 15.7
f = 4.36

P value = 2 * P ( f > 4.3567 ) = 0.0038 ( From chi square table )

Reject null hypothesis if P value < α = 0.05
Since P value = 0.0038 < 0.05, hence we reject the null hypothesis
Conclusion :- We Reject H0
