This answer is not reasonable.

Mean or average is used to derive the central tendency of data. It can be determined by adding all data points in a population and then dividing the total by the number of points.

Since it is the average of numbers in the data set So the mean must lie in the range of the data set. Since here range of the data set is 3 to 120. So the mean must lie between 3 to 120. So 121.4 is not the possible case.
