Answer #1

Team identity means a collective identity dominating one's Iindividual identity and team cohesion means togetherness and feeling of oneness and cooperation.

A team member who has difficulty in working with others will find it difficult to be guided by group identity. He will give priorty to own identity. Moreover, feeling of togetherness should come from I side to make group act as one single unit. The person will not find it easy to do so even if she/he tries to feel togetherness , it will be driven by external forces which would be less effective.
