I need help to paraphrase these paragraphs:
Corporate Bureaucracy: The communication which is been
forwarded or communicated is incomplete and to a certain level of
people in the management, rest all leave in the thought how they
want to take it, it’s nothing more than rumor, so the communication
is not up to date might be on the management level or down the
level hence this whole scenario and process is known as corporate
bureaucracy.
Now comparing the bureaucracy in today’s corporation,
the management forming the structure which is very much useful for
the organization to understand the flow of the management and
understand how it will work and how the work allocation will take
place, for better understanding lets understand how the structure
will work.
One department will be formed and in that department the tree
structure is been formed such as junior needs to reply to lead and
lead to Assistant Manager, AM to Manager and so on so the hierarchy
is very much important for the formation and which will help the
work to get more stable and the productivity will increase more and
more. However, there is one flaw which might be positive or might
be negative as the Vice President of vertical cannot command or do
the work of another vertical, so the scope of authority becomes
very limited and cannot be changed according to the structure.
Corporate bureaucracy occurs when the communication or information that has to be forwarded is incomplete. To a few people in the management it is just like a rumour while others don't really bother. this scenario is known as corporate bureaucracy. Now comparing this bureaucracy with today's corporations we see that the structure formed by the management is very useful. It will help in understanding how the work will be done and how allocation will take place. To understand how this will work let us see the structure.
One department is formed like a tree. The junior has to report to his senior, the senior to the assistant manager and the assistant manager to the manager. This hierarchy is very important as the work done will be stable and the productivity will increase. however there is one limitation that the vice president of vertical (another structure) cannot do the work of another vertical. This limits the scope of the authority which cannot be changed according to the structure.
