ground displacement = 5080 m @ 38.4 deg west of north,

= 5080 m @ (90+38.4) ... taking angle from east

5080 @ 128.4

= 5080 cos128.4 i + 5080sin128.4 j

= -3155.4 i + 3981.2 j

Adding the height of summit 2350 k

= -3155.4 i + 3981.2 j + 2350 k

rx = -3155.5
ry = 3981.2
rz = 2350

b)

r = \sqrt_{x^2+y^2+z^2} =

= 5596 m
